Carbonite doubles head count
Carbonite Inc. about doubled its head count in 2009, and took in $20 million in VC cash. With much of that in the bank, the consumer data backup company is hovering at or near profitability in new Back Bay office digs that it’s looking at filling rapidly in the coming year, said CEO David Friend.
